Privacy Affiliates, an outside third party, endorses and monitors the privacy policies for the Public and Members Only sections of this site.  You can and should read the policies by clicking this link. Privacy Affiliates validates the Privacy Policies for all my sites.

Please familiarize yourself with  the Code of Conduct and the Disclaimers too.  They govern this site unless my rules conflict with governing law, in which case the governing law prevails.

If you have any complaints about this site, or believe  we have not adhered to our policies, please bring your grievance to us first. Be clear and specific about your grievance.  Give details and examples, if you can.  If possible, tell us what you would like to see happen  or change in response to your complaint.  Give us an opportunity to correct what you think we’re doing wrong.  We’ll immediately review and deal with your complaint.  Staying up to code is a top priority of ours.

If our response to your complaint doesn’t resolve the problem, then please contact Privacy Affiliates at http://www.PrivacyAffiliates.com and report the situation to them.  But remember, we can’t fix it if we don’t know it’s broken.

Privacy Policies endorsed by an outside third party create legitimate confidence in a web site.  If you have a web site, you need Privacy Policies to be in compliance.   You can buy privacy policies unique to your site from Privacy Affiliates for $19.95 each.  Or you can buy twenty policies for $99.00 from them.  Policies for each site need annual renewal.  The cost for renewal from Privacy Affiliates is $19.95 for one site.  To renew licenses for multiple sites, Privacy Affiliates charges $4.95 each.  For example, the charge to renew three licenses  cost $14.85.

You can also become an affiliate of Privacy Affiliates, and sell privacy policies and renewals at any price you choose.  After purchasing the Privacy Policy number from you, your customers will deal directly with Privacy Affiliates.

It’s simple to generate legal Privacy Policies through Privacy Affiliates.  You fill out a form. The wizard creates your policies.  After Privacy Affiliates validates your policies, they send you their stamp of approval.

You can buy Privacy Affiliates Privacy Policies (original and renewals) from this site, too.  The cost for first-time Policies:  $5.00 each.  The price is the same  per site whether you buy one or ten.  The cost for annual renewal is $4.75 each.  Again, that price applies whether you’re purchasing five or fifteen renewals.  You’ll get a Privacy Policy code number after purchasing your license number.  Then, you’ll go to Privacy Affiliates web site, fill out their wizard, and the wizard will generate legal Privacy Policies unique to your site. Privacy Affiliates will then validate your site if you’re in compliance, and send you their stamp of approval to post.  The same process applies when you renew.

You can  buy your original policy from them, then come here for renewals.  Or purchase your original policy from us and buy renewals from them.  Or  you can choose to become an affiliate yourself. Whichever route you take, if you’re a site guest read our Policies to make sure you agree with them.  If you own a site, make sure you have valid  and preferably validated Privacy Policies of your own.
